Adjectives' comparison

You conjugate the adjective similarily to English by adding a suffix

-are and -ast

Vacker - vackrare - vackrast (beautiful, more beautiful, most beautiful)
God - godare - godast (good, better, best)

With longer adjectives you use "mer" and "mest"

Intressant - mer intressant - mest intressant (interesting, more interesting, most interesting)
Spännande - mer spännande - mest spännande (exciting, more exciting, most exciting)

Sometimes there is a change in the vowel.

Stor - större - störst (big, bigger, biggest)
Tung - tyngre - tyngst (heavy, heavier, heaviest)
Låg - lägre -lägst (low, lower, lowest)
Ung - yngre - yngst (young, younger, youngest)
Lång - längre - längst (tall, taller, tallest)

Irregular adjectivs:

Liten - mindre - minst (small, smaller, smallest)
Dålig - sämre - sämst (bad, worse, worst)
Gammal - äldre - äldst (old, older, oldest)
Bra - bättre - bäst (good, better, best)

Some adjectives can't be conjugated. For instance:

"gravid" , "död", "daglig", "fyrkantig"  ( pregnant, dead, daily, square)
